This is the optimal time to pose your body in such way to help you believe in yourself and achieve success. No slouching people!
Angela Lee Duckworth: The Power of Passion and Perseverance
She discusses the importance of determination and grit. IQ is not everything, no matter how highly it is valued. Patience, perseverance and determination allow for an individual to reach their goals. For those who need that extra little push to keep striving for their ambitions should give this video a watch.

This one is long, but worth the watch. Simon Sinek identifies the commonalities between leaders and deems it the golden circle. The success of these leaders and businesses is their ability to answer and explain “why” they sell what they do. Ultimately people believe leaders who believe in their own ideas true heartedly.
