All orders are processed within 48 hours and typically take 4-6 business days to arrive. Please note, there may be carrier delays that cause orders to arrive beyond this time frame. We ship via USPS in the USA and DHL and PostNL internationally.

The best way to ensure your choice of a different item or size is to place a new order* and then return your original order for a refund. Your order will be processed for a refund after it is received at our warehouse. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
*Please note: Due to the quick turnaround of items, we suggest you place your order right away to secure your desired item – even before your refund has been processed.
Changed your mind? We’re happy to process a return on regular priced items, see below for exclusions. To be eligible for a refund, items must be sent back within 30 days from the delivery date. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
For Canadian customers, we offer convenient package-free returns with our partner ReturnBear. With kiosks conveniently located across Canada you won't have to print labels or re-pack your items. Just drop them off at a ReturnBear kiosk and know that things are taken care of. If mail-in is easier, you can still do that too, of course. Please visit our returns and exchanges portal to start your return.

At this time, we cannot accept any returns on all international orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada.
Important bits to keep in mind:
- Free returns on U.S. and Canada orders only, please contact us for a pre-paid label.
- Items purchased at 20% off and above are final sale.
- You have 30 days from when you receive your item to initiate your return.
- All garments must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached. Items received in any other condition will not be issued a refund and will not be returned to the sender.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed once the item is delivered to our fulfillment centre.
- Refunds will be made onto your original payment method. Some banks may take up to 10 days to process the refund.
- We do not offer price-matching at this time.
- We don’t accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- There is no guarantee that an order change can be made after placing an order. Please keep this in mind.

Final Sale Policy
- Items purchased between a 20% and 29% discount are non-refundable but can be returned for store credit.
- Items purchased at a discount of 30% and above are final sale and non-returnable. This includes any purchases that received a discount by combining discount codes, bundles and/or sales.
- Items purchased from The Almost Perfect Sale are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Care Kits are final sale and non-returnable.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks and bodysuits.
- Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for monetary value.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Numi Gift Cards. We also offer payment plans through Sezzle where you can pay in four instalments.
Numi is a direct-to-consumer company. We ship directly to you from our factories. Our head office is located in Toronto, ON. We do not offer curbside shopping or currently have any retail locations.
