Here at NUMI we believe everyday should be Earth Day. With that being said, we wanted to talk to you more about our favourite fabric, bamboo!
Bamboo can grow organically without the use of pesticides because it is naturally disease- and pest-resistant. Cotton is one of the most intensely sprayed crops in the world?! Not only is bamboo super soft, but the benefits of using bamboo instead of cotton are endless.
Did you know Bamboo grass is one of the fastest growing plants on Earth and it absorbs carbon dioxide and releases 35% more oxygen into the atmosphere than hardwood trees? This is why we think you should rethink fabric and think bamboo!
We only have one Earth, let’s all do our part to keep it clean!
