Processing Times

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to pack and ship your order.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Fridays or weekends will be processed the following Monday.
  • Pre-Orders: Shipping dates are as stated upon ordering.

Due to recent changes in cross-border import regulations and the removal of the de minimis exemption, some U.S. orders may take longer to arrive. We’re working closely with our carriers to minimize delays and appreciate your patience as these new rules take effect.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we’re unable to ship to PO boxes within Canada at this time. Please provide a physical street address at checkout to avoid delays.

International Orders

At this time, we do not ship to any other countries. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

It is important to note that Numi is not responsible for missing packages marked as delivered. If you suspect that your package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. Currently, we do not have the capability to offer reshipments or exchanges for missing packages and ask that a new order be placed using the returned funds.
