  • Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to pack and ship your order.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM EST on Fridays or weekends will be processed the following Monday.
  • Pre-Orders: Shipping dates are as stated upon ordering.

International Orders

At this time, we do not ship to any other countries. We apologize for any inconvenience. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

It is important to note that Numi is not responsible for missing packages marked as delivered. If you suspect that your package was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. Currently, we do not have the capability to offer reshipments or exchanges for missing packages and ask that a new order be placed using the returned funds.

If the tracking link for your order does not show any activity or movement for more than five business days, please reach out to our Customer Service team, customercare@wearnumi.com, for further investigation.
