Eligible for refund or exchange
Items purchased with a 0-19% discount are eligible for refund, within 30-days of the delivery date. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used to make the purchase. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Eligible for exchange or store credit only
Items purchased with a 20% discount or higher are eligible for exchange or store credit, with the exception of items purchased from our Last Chance page or our Almost Perfect Sale, which are final sale. Items must be returned within 30-days of the delivery date. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
These items need to be unworn with the tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please note, there is no guarantee that we will have available sizes and colors for an exchange. Items received in any other condition will not be issued a refund and will not be returned to the sender. We also do not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- All orders shipped outside of North America
- Items purchased from our Last Chance page
- Items purchased from our Almost Perfect Sale
- Items received for free
- Gifts with Purchase
- Care Kits
- Gift Cards
- Original Shipping Fees
- E-gift Cards
If you believe you've received a defective item*, kindly contact us at email@example.com. In your email, please include the following:
- Order Number
- Style Name
- A photo of the defective item
- A photo of the inside label
*Please note our clothing is garment dyed and enzyme washed. Due to this process, there may be slight variations in color.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed once the item is delivered to our fulfillment centre

We do not offer price adjustments
Can I adjust my order once I placed it?
