Returns and Exchanges
For the time being, we have extended our return policy. All purchases made in March will be eligible for a return once our returns facility reopens.
If you’d like to return a purchase, please reach out to email@example.com first for more information and we will notify you when you can send it back.
We're committed to making sure you are happy which is why we offer FREE RETURNS on all full price merchandise shipped to the US!
Here’s how it works:
- E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and the items you would like to exchange/return. You will be provided with a pre-paid USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.
- Download a Return Slip and ship the item and the completed return slip to us within 90 days of your invoice date, using the pre-paid return label.
- We’ll process your return and refund your credit card or ship you the new items. You’ll get an email when it’s complete.
Some important details:
- Any returned items must be unworn and in the condition you received them with tags attached.
- We also can’t accept returns purchased from other retailers besides wearnumi.com.
- To use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.
- If you purchased your item on sale, we are unable to accept returns on sale items.
It usually takes 7 to 10 days for us to receive a return, and 72 hours to review it and refund your credit card. Please note that it can take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card account.
Please send a request for an exchange or refund to email@example.com. For all CANADIAN returns and exchanges, customers are required to cover return shipping costs for any exchanges/returns.
When the product has been shipped back & received, we will review the return and refund your credit card, or issue the exchange order. Please note that it can take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the refund to post to your credit card account.
Unfortunately at this time all international (other than US and Canada) purchases are final sale.

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or style, please contact us directly at email@example.com to arrange for product exchange.
