Holiday Policy

Items purchased with up to and including 30% discount, made between November 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 will be eligible for refund, within 30-days of the delivery date. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used to make the purchase. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.
If you purchased during the 'Buy 2, Get 1 Free' promotion and would like to return your 'free' item, you will get $15 store credit or we'll exchange it for free, within 30-days of the delivery date.
Please note that if you received store credit, it cannot be refunded. In the event of a return, the received store credit will be voided.
If you placed an order using store credit and subsequently initiated a return, we’ll facilitate a return on the price difference.
Please note: gift cards are non-refundable, and items listed as Last Chance are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
These items need to be unworn with the tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please note, there is no guarantee that we will have available sizes and colors for an exchange. Items received in any other condition will not be issued a refund and will not be returned to the sender. We also do not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Eligible for refund or exchange

Eligible for exchange or store credit only
Items purchased with a 20% discount or higher are eligible for exchange or store credit, with the exception of items purchased from our Last Chance page or our Almost Perfect Sale, which are final sale. Items must be returned within 30-days of the delivery date. A prepaid shipping label will be provided.

- A photo of the defective item
- A photo of the inside label
*Please note our clothing is garment dyed and enzyme washed. Due to this process, there may be slight variations in color.
