We stand behind every piece we make — because what you wear underneath should feel just as good as it looks.

If it’s not quite right, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact

  • Undergarments must be returned in their original sealed packaging with all tags intact


Start a Return or Exchange

To begin your return or exchange, please use our returns portal

All returns and exchanges must be submitted through the portal.


Refunds (0–19% Off Purchases)

You are eligible for a refund to your original payment method if:

  • Your item was purchased with a 0–19% discount

  • Your request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Your item meets all return condition requirements

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued to your original form of payment

  • Please allow up to 14 business days after your return is received

  • Original shipping fees and Checkout+ are non-refundable

Return shipping:

  • If you selected Checkout+ at checkout, your return label is included

  • If not, you can purchase a return label through the portal


Exchange or Store Credit Only (20%+ Off Purchases)

Items purchased with a 20% discount or higher are eligible for:

  • Exchange, or

  • Store credit only (no refunds)

Exceptions (Final Sale):

  • Items purchased from Last Chance

  • Items purchased from Almost Perfect Sale


Exchanges

Exchanges are completed directly through the returns portal

You can exchange for:

  • A different size

  • A different color

  • A different style

How exchanges work:

  • If you selected Checkout+ at checkout, a return label will be provided for you to send your item back

  • Once your exchange is processed, your new item will be shipped according to our standard shipping ratesshipping for the new item is the customer’s responsibility

  • If you prefer, you may choose store credit instead and place a new order at a later time

Price differences:

  • If your new item is lower in price → the difference will be issued as store credit

  • If your new item is higher in price → you’ll be prompted to pay the difference

Please note:

  • Exchanges are subject to available inventory

  • We cannot guarantee availability of sizes or colors


International Orders

  • International orders are NOT eligible for returns at this time and will be FINAL SALE.  

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders

  • Return shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable


Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • The Comfort Brief

  • The Comfort Short

  • The AdapTex™ Short

  • The AdapTex™ Brief

  • Items purchased from our Last Chance page

  • Items purchased from our Almost Perfect Sale

  • Gifts with purchase

  • Gift cards and e-gift cards

  • Original shipping fees


Important Return Details

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Checkout+ was selected at checkout

  • Items returned in any other condition will not be refunded and will not be returned to sender

  • We do not accept liability for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us

  • Each return must be submitted through the portal (orders cannot be combined)


Our Guarantee (Defective Items)

If you believe you’ve received a defective item*, please visit our returns portal and follow the steps for defective items.

To complete your request, you will need:

  • Order Number

  • Style Name

  • A photo of the defective item

  • A photo of the inside label

Once submitted, our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Please note our clothing is garment dyed and enzyme washed. Due to this process, slight variations in color may occur.


Common Questions

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Please allow up to 14 business days once your return is delivered to our fulfillment centre.

Can I get price adjustments?
We do not offer price adjustments.

Can I adjust my order after placing it?
We cannot guarantee order changes once an order has been placed.
