Holiday Return Policy

Our Holiday Return Window will extend to Monday, January 16th STARTING Monday, November 21st.

Canada & US:

Items purchased that received a 0-19% discount are eligible for refund, within 30-days of the delivery date. Refund will be made to the same method of payment used to make the purchase. A prepaid shipping label will be provided. Returned items must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Tags must be attached
  • Garment cannot be washed or worn, aside from initial try

*Items received in any other condition will not be issued a refund and will not be returned to the sender.

Items purchased that received a 20-29% discount are eligible for exchange or store credit, within 30-days of the delivery date. A prepaid shipping label will be provided. Returned items must adhere to the following requirements:

  • Tags must be attached
  • Garment cannot be washed or worn, aside from initial try

*Items received in any other condition will not be issued a refund and will not be returned to the sender

    International: Orders shipped outside of Canada & United States are final sale.

     

    Other Important Information:

    • Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed once the item is delivered to our fulfillment centre
    • We do not offer price adjustments
    • We do not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us
    • There is no guarantee that an order change can be made after placing an order. Please keep this in mind.

    • Style Name
    • A picture of the defect

    *Please note our clothing is garment dyed and enzyme washed. Due to this process, there may be slight variations in color.
