Returns: Changed your mind? We’re happy to process a return on regular priced items, see below for exclusions. To be eligible for a refund, items must be sent back within 30 days from the delivery date. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchange: The best way to ensure your choice of a different item or size is to place a new order* and then return your original order for a refund. Your order will be processed for a refund after it is received at our warehouse. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
*Please note: Due to the quick turnaround of items, we suggest you place your order right away to secure your desired item – even before your refund has been processed.
Important bits to keep in mind:
- Free returns on U.S. and Canada orders only, please contact us for a pre-paid label.
- You have 30 days from when you receive your item to initiate your return.
- All garments must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached. Items received in any other condition will not be issued a refund and will not be returned to the sender.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed once the item is delivered to our fulfillment centre.
- Refunds will be made onto your original payment method. Some banks may take up to 10 days to process the refund.
- We don’t accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
- All accessories are final sale.
- Items purchased at 20% off and greater are final sale.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks and bodysuits.
- Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or redeemed for monetary value.
At this time, we cannot accept any returns on all international orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada.
If you believe you've received a defective item*, kindly contact us at email@example.com. In your email, please include the following:
- Your order number
- A picture of the defect
Numi undershirts are covered against manufacturing defects* 5 days from the date of delivery. If you don't contact us within 5 days from the delivery date, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange as a result of a defective or damaged item.
*Please note our clothing is garment dyed and enzyme washed. Due to this process, there may be slight variations in color.
