Hi Numi Community,

What crazy times we're living in. By now we know you’re aware of the severity of COVID-19 and we’re not here to add to the stress or act as a source of pandemic news. We do, however, want to let you know how we’re dealing with it at Numi.

Company and Policy Updates

On March 23, Ontario issued a mandatory closure of all non-essential workplaces to fight the spread of COVID-19. Our distribution center services companies that produce essential items, so they are able to remain open at this time. Our factory has re-opened as they are contributing to the production of essential items. By taking all necessary precautions, this means that we will be able to restock our top styles. However, due to more limited resources during this time, if/when we sell out of a style, we will continue to accept pre-orders until the item is able to restock. 

For US orders, our return facility is not able to accept shipments at this time, so we are not able to accept returns at the moment either. We promise to honor the return and notify you as soon as we are able to do so.

This situation is changing rapidly and as such this plan may change. If it does, we’ll let you know. We’re monitoring what’s going on hour by hour.

Our team, which began working remotely on March 13, is still here for you if you have any questions or concerns. We’ll still connect with you through email and social channels, trying to add value where we can. If you chose to shop with us, please know how grateful we are for your support. We feel a deep responsibility to continue to run our business as best as possible. There are a lot of people who depend on us, from the core Numi team to our contractors, our suppliers, and manufacturers.  To show our love and gratitude for our community we’ll be offering 15% off sitewide until the end of March as well.

Our Commitment

We’ve also been thinking a lot about how we can support our community at this time and one thing that we keep feeling is how grateful we are to have a safe home to self-isolate in. We know this is not the case for millions of women. Until the end of March, we’ll be donating 15% of net profits to women’s shelters across Canada and the United States. We’re posting on our Instagram stories weekly to share where we’ve donated to that week.

Our hearts go out to the people and communities most affected by this pandemic and we are eternally grateful for the health care workers who are putting themselves on the line every day to help us get through this.
