How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and can take anywhere between 2-10 business days to arrive. However, delivery times will vary depending on the country in which the items are being shipped to. For more precise estimates, please visit our Shipping page.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we do for eligible orders within Canada & US. Please visit our Return and Exchange page to see our policy.

Can I return or exchange items bought on sale?

Our returns policy is dependent on the discount % received.

  • 0-19% discount [including bundle discount] item(s) can be returned for refund;
  • 20-29% [including bundle discount] item(s) can be returned for store credit;
  • 30%+ [including bundle discount] items are final sale.

How do I start a return/exchange?

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we are unable to make any changes.

What are the undershirts made of?

Our Numi undershirts are made of 90% TENCEL® and 10% Lycra. If you’d like to learn more about our fabrics, please visit our Materials page.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are proudly made in Toronto, Canada.

Where is your store located? Retail locations?

Numi is a direct-to-consumer company. We ship directly to you from our factories. Our head office is located in Toronto, ON. We do not offer curbside shopping or currently have any retail locations.

Where can I use my discount code?

Upon checkout, there will be a space below your cart, prompting you to enter a gift card or discount code.

Can I get a discount for my first order?

You can! When you subscribe to our newsletter you’ll get a code for 10% off your first order. The subscription form is located at the bottom of our home page.

I tried to input two discount codes at the same time, why didn’t they both work?

You can apply one discount code per transaction. Please choose and input the code that you prefer, to receive your desired discount.

The item I want is out of stock, can I be notified when it’s back in stock?

Yes, you can join our waitlist to be notified when it’s back in stock.  On the product page select your size and shade, then click “get on the waitlist.”

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Numi Gift Cards.  We also offer payment plans through Sezzle where you can pay in four instalments.
