Terms and Conditions for Numi Give-Aways

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: Numi's Giveaway Content (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Numi Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Numi Inc., 107-550 Queen Street East, Toronto ON Canada.

3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you (“Participant”) agree to be fully bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Contest.

4. Entry Period: The Contest begins on November 12, 2024 at 12 PM EST and ends on November 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter: To enter, sign up for the company newsletter. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to these rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

6. Prizes: The winner will receive a $250 gift card to WearNumi.Com. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. All prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via the email address provided within 14 days following the winner selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within [number of days] from the time the award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this Contest, you understand and agree that Sponsor and anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, photograph, and any statements about the Contest for promotional, advertising, or other purposes, without further compensation, notice, or consent.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest, (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

11. Disputes: THIS CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Contest, you agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in [State/Province] having jurisdiction.

13. Sponsor’s Rights: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest.

14. Instagram and Facebook Disclaimer: The Contest hosted by Numi Inc. is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
